It is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse and attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not used to identify you or for marketing, and is kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

Phone calls and bookings. If you call us to book, we use your name, number and booking details only to manage the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep them no longer than necessary.

The site sets no cookies. The only thing saved on your device is your choice in the menu's allergen filter, so you find it again next time. It stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and you can delete it from your browser settings or with “Clear” in the filter. It is a technical feature you ask for, and needs no consent.
